你在本站注册账号、发布信息或使用 Google / Telegram 账号登录，即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。
一、我们收集的信息
1. 你主动提供的信息
- 账号信息：手机号或邮箱（作为登录账号）、密码（以不可逆哈希方式存储，我们无法看到明文）、昵称。
- 资料信息：所在省市、地址、企业名称与简介、联系用的电话 / Telegram / 微信 / 邮箱 / 官网等。
- 发布内容：你发布的招聘、求职、房屋、二手、交友等信息的标题、正文、图片，以及联系方式。
- 交易信息：会员套餐、Hi 币充值与消费记录（不含银行卡号等支付凭证，支付由第三方渠道处理）。
2. 通过第三方账号登录时获得的信息
- Google 登录：你的 Google 账号唯一标识（sub）、已验证的邮箱地址、姓名、头像地址。我们不会获取你的 Gmail 内容、通讯录或其他 Google 服务数据。
- Telegram 登录：你的 Telegram 用户 ID、昵称、用户名（@handle）、头像地址。Telegram 不提供手机号或邮箱给我们。
3. 自动收集的信息
为了账号安全、防刷与故障排查，我们会记录访问 IP 地址、浏览器与设备类型、访问时间与访问页面。这些记录仅用于安全防护与流量统计，不用于向你推送广告。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
- 创建并管理你的账号，完成登录与身份校验。
- 展示你发布的信息，并让浏览者能通过你留下的联系方式与你联系。
- 处理会员开通、Hi 币充值与消费。
- 审核违规信息、防范垃圾信息与恶意注册，保障站点与用户安全。
- 在你同意的情况下，就账号状态、审核结果、服务变更等与你联系。
我们不会将你的个人信息用于与上述目的无关的用途，不会向你发送第三方广告。
三、Cookie 与本地存储
本站使用会话 Cookie 维持你的登录状态，使用少量本地存储记住语言偏好等设置。这些 Cookie 不用于跨站追踪。你可以通过浏览器设置清除或禁用 Cookie，但禁用后可能无法保持登录。
四、信息的共享与披露
- 不出售个人信息。我们不会将你的个人信息出售、出租给任何第三方。
- 你主动公开的内容（信息标题、正文、图片、你填写的联系方式）对所有访问者可见 —— 这是分类信息服务的必要功能。请只填写你愿意公开的联系方式。

五、Google 用户数据的有限使用
本站对从 Google API 获取的信息（邮箱、姓名、头像、账号唯一标识）的使用，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求：仅用于提供或改进你可见的登录与账号功能，不用于广告投放，不转售，不由人工读取（除你明确同意、出于安全目的或法律要求外）。
六、数据存储与安全
- 数据存储在我们的服务器上，采取访问控制、密码哈希存储、传输加密（HTTPS）等措施。
- 账号信息在你的账号存续期间保留。你删除账号后，我们会在合理期限内删除或匿名化你的个人信息，但依法需保留的记录除外。
- 互联网上没有绝对安全。请使用强度足够的密码，不要与他人共用账号。
七、你的权利
- 查询与更正：登录后可在「个人中心」查看并修改你的资料。
- 删除：可删除你发布的信息；如需注销账号并删除全部数据，请通过下方方式联系我们。
- 撤回授权：可随时在 Google 账号的「安全 → 第三方应用与权限」或 Telegram 的「设置 → 隐私与安全 → 已连接的网站」中撤销本站的登录授权。撤销后可用你设置的手机号 / 邮箱与密码继续登录。
- 拒绝：你可以不使用第三方账号登录，改用手机号 / 邮箱注册。
八、未成年人
本站服务面向成年人。我们不会有意收集未满 18 周岁者的个人信息。若发现此类信息，我们会予以删除。
九、政策更新
本政策如有变更，我们会在本页面发布更新版本并修改「最后更新」日期。重大变更会在站内显著位置提示。

Privacy Policy (English)
855hi.com ("the Site") provides classified information services for the Chinese-speaking community in Cambodia, including jobs, housing, second-hand goods and social listings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
- Provided by you: phone number or email used as your login, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), display name, province / address, company profile, contact details, and the content and images of listings you post.
- From social sign-in: with Google we receive your account identifier (sub), verified email address, name and profile picture URL; with Telegram we receive your Telegram user ID, display name, username and profile picture URL. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, or any other Google or Telegram data.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps and pages visited, used solely for security, abuse prevention and traffic statistics.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your account and authenticate you; to publish your listings so visitors can contact you; to process memberships and credits; to review content and prevent spam and fraudulent registrations; and to contact you about your account where permitted. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and minimal local storage for preferences such as language. These are not used for cross-site tracking.
4. Sharing
Content you publish, including the contact details you choose to enter, is visible to all visitors — this is inherent to a classifieds service, so please only enter contact details you are willing to make public. We may use hosting and messaging providers strictly as needed to operate the Site, and may disclose information where legally required.
5. Limited Use of Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Security and retention
Data is stored on our servers with access controls, hashed passwords and HTTPS in transit. Account data is retained while your account exists; after deletion we remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the user center, delete your listings, and request account deletion by contacting us. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google account ("Security → Third-party apps") or Telegram ("Settings → Privacy and Security → Active Websites"), after which you can still sign in with your phone / email and password.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
