- 因你违反本条款导致账号被封禁的，已支付费用不予退还。

Terms of Service (English)
Welcome to 855hi.com ("the Site"), a classified information service for the Chinese-speaking community in Cambodia covering jobs, housing, second-hand goods and social listings. By accessing, registering on, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Site provides publishing and browsing of listings, account management, paid upgrades (memberships and credits) and aggregation of publicly available listings. The Site is a platform only and is not a party to any transaction between users.
2. Accounts
You may register with a phone number or email, or sign in with Google or Telegram. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account, and must keep your password secure. Do not transfer or sell your account. When using social sign-in you must also comply with that provider's terms.
3. Posting rules
Listings must be truthful and lawful. The following are prohibited: false, fraudulent or misleading listings; impersonation; illegal goods or services (including gambling, scams, pyramid schemes, unlicensed labour agencies, pornography, drugs, weapons); content infringing privacy, image rights or intellectual property; harassment, hate speech or threats; spam, duplicate flooding, scraping or automated bulk posting; malware or any attempt to disrupt the Site. We may review, edit, hide or remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
4. Paid services
Prices and benefits of memberships and credits are as displayed on the Site. Virtual goods and services are generally non-refundable once activated or consumed, except where required by law. Fees are not refunded where an account is suspended for violating these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's interface, code, trademarks and text belong to the Site or their respective owners. You retain ownership of the content you post and grant the Site a non-exclusive licence to use it as necessary to operate the service.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of listings. You are responsible for verifying the identity and credentials of anyone you deal with. We are not liable for interruptions caused by network failures, maintenance, force majeure or third-party outages. Third-party links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may restrict or terminate accounts that seriously breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably; otherwise they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
