Maintenance Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, and general building maintenance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
- Assign maintenance tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Inspect the condition of the building, guest rooms, common areas, and engineering systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance
works.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and
company policies.
- Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, generators, elevators, water pumps, electrical systems,
plumbing systems, and other building equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and preventive
maintenance documentation.
-Prepare maintenance schedules, work plans, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, and submit purchase requests as
necessary.
- Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget and monitor maintenance-related expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all maintenance work meets company quality standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff to improve technical skills and work performance.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, and other departments to ensure efficient
facility operations.
- Recommend improvements to equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in hotels, serviced apartments, condominiums,

- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
o Electrical systems
o Plumbing and sanitary systems
o HVAC and air conditioning systems
o Mechanical equipment
o Water pumps and water treatment systems
o Fire protection systems
o Emergency generators
o Building maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and meet deadlines.
