Field Promoting Manager (Location: Phnom Penh & Provinces)
Responsibility:
- Be able to travel to the field and do demo or trial of company’s products for the farmers
- Be able to design and perform a demonstration plan for company staff to conduct the demo, and monitoring the results from each staff
- Search for the good Ai or new AI that might be good to apply in local market
- Annual new products testing and update to the management team about results
- Regular promoting plan for each season and follow-up
- Maintain good relationship with key farmers & depots of each province
- Design the combination of pesticide mixtures for each key area
- Other tasks that assigned by managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Agriculture or a related field
- Having experiences at least 5 years
- Excellent Interpersonal communication written and spoken skills in English Khmer
- Have to work under pressure and self-discipline and be able to do the mission travel over 20 days during the season.
- Driving license B is required
