National Technical Leader
To provide technical support or all DRs and/or AWS based on request.
To monitor the weakness shortage of technical skills of each DLR technician and share to Technical Training Team.
To carry on KPI from TMC/TTC/TMA/ITAP and make sure TCAM achieves all KPIs (FTR, TPL, SKR. TSM-FIR, RWC, R/SSC. RSR...).
To monitor and kaizen ISM-FIR at DLRs to ensure 100% implementation and sustainment.
To support on AWS project and mobile service as per request/plan from CS Department.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
