Senior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual content across various platforms, including web, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and print.
- Translate strategic direction into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing, procurement, and sales teams to maintain cohesive branding across all materials.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by assistant graphic designers.
- Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work directly with management to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
