Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high performance.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage shift operations, staff scheduling, and manpower to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor sales performance, control inventory and operating costs, and minimize waste.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve operational issues, and prepare daily operational reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.
