Job Description
1. Responsible for leading mechanical maintenance and repair work, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and supervising junior mechanics to ensure equipment and vehicles operat safely and efficiently.
2. Know how to repair heavy equipment and Asphalt bathing plant
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
4. Supervise and train junior mechanics and technicians
5. Check and inspection heavy equipment after repair
6. Plan maintenance schedules and prioritize repair tasks
7. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
8. Prepare maintenance reports and service records
9. Coordinate with operations and spare-parts teams
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
