Relationship Manager, Retail Lending (PP, KP, SR, SHV)
This role is responsible for processing loan applications for retail clients, as well as monitoring the group housing loan portfolio.
*Main Duties
- Prospect new clients and assists them with loan application;
- Analyze and interpret the financial statements of the business in order to access the
repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower;
- Prepare underwriting documentation for loan assessment and approval;
- Prepare and executes loan contracts and arranges for the disbursement of loan in
kind;
- Monitor the loan and follows up on timely repayment;
- Monitor overdue loan and resolve loan settlement;
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborates with Borey
partners;
- Capable of achieving loan portfolio targets;
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner;
- Prepare report for management and Borey;
- Complete other work-related tasks assigned by Management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or other related fields;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking sector;
- Accounting and Finance Skill;
- Leadership Skill;
- Credit Analysis;
- Professional knowledge and skills; Microsoft word and excel Skill;
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
