Trainee, Retail Lending

*Main Duties
- Assist in developing and generating sales opportunities with both new and existing clients
to drive business growth and expand the bank’s product and service reach;
- Assist in promoting and selling a full range of banking products to maximize client value,
meet their needs, and align with their financial capacity;
- Provide good service and assist in resolving customer complaints to build long-term
trust;
- Assist in conducting loan Underwriting & Credit Analysis by Collect customer information,
financial assessments;
- Assist in preparing loan proposals and contracts/disbursement;
- Assist in monitoring overdue loan and following up on timely manner;
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
