Quality Control ($300-$350)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller (QC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications, while also facilitating communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, or team members.
Duties & Responsibility
- Conduct inspections and product testing to ensure quality meets company standards.
- Prepare reports on product quality inspection results.
- Identify and analyze quality issues during the production process.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality improvements.
- Ensure production processes follow established procedures.
- Responsible for the first product master sample inspection and making report
- Prepare SOP, WI, Check sheet of FQC
- Respond of QC patrol check and report ensure production operation are complied with standard
- Coordinate with production weekly internal quality improvement

- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or production preferred.
- Understanding of quality standards and product testing.
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining product quality.
- Proficiency in measurement tools and QC devices (preferred).
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
*Working Conditions
- Working Day: Mon – Sat
- Working Time: 08:00AM – 05:00PM
- Public Holiday follow Cambodia Labour Law

• Possession of a quality inspection-related certification (e.g., ISO training completion).
