Multimedia Content Designer $700-$900
Job Purpose
Responsible for producing Calypso’s visual content across photography, video, editing and graphic design.
The role must turn an approved creative brief into professional social-media graphics, Reels, product photographs and campaign materials without changing the approved message or design objective.
Main Responsibilities
• Photograph Calypso motorcycles, customers, engineers, dealers, events and lifestyle scenes.
• Plan and shoot short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reels.
• Edit short videos, interviews, product demonstrations and campaign footage.
• Produce graphic designs for:
- Facebook Feed
- Facebook and Instagram Stories
- Reels covers
- Digital advertisements
- Dealer materials
- Outdoor posters when required
• Prepare correct design sizes, including:
- 4:5 social-media format
- 1:1 square format
- 9:16 vertical format
- Large-format print artwork
• Follow approved layout, wording, hierarchy and branding instructions precisely.
• Ensure the motorcycle remains accurate and recognizable in every design.
• Use original product photographs and avoid misleading modifications.
• Maintain consistent use of the Calypso logo, fonts, colors and visual identity.
• Check image resolution, safe margins, print bleed and file quality before delivery.
• Organise and maintain the company’s photo, video and design library.
• Prepare several creative versions when required for students, professionals, families or other customer groups.
• Work closely with the Digital Content & Performance Executive to meet campaign deadlines.
• Support photo and video production during product launches and company events.
Job Requirements
• Strong practical ability in photography, video shooting, editing and graphic design.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Able to design for both mobile screens and large outdoor formats.
• Able to show a complete motorcycle clearly while also highlighting product details.
• Strong attention to product accuracy and brand consistency.
• Able to follow an approved brief without unnecessary creative changes.
• Comfortable working in factories, showrooms, roads and outdoor locations.
• Must be able to plan a shoot, not only operate a camera.
• Experience with automotive, motorcycle or consumer-product content is an advantage.
• Must be familiar with and enthusiastic about using AI-assisted tools as part of daily work to improve research, content development, design exploration, productivity and execution quality, while remaining fully responsible for the final result.
• Candidates who are unwilling to use AI tools in their daily workflow will not be suitable for this position.

• A strong professional portfolio is more important than academic qualifications.
Preferred Experience
• Minimum two to three years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, content creation or a similar role.
• Experience producing commercial social-media content.
