Senior Officer, Site Control (Interior Design)
Job Summary
The Senior Site Officer is responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating project activities, and ensuring interior fit-out projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The role also provides guidance and support to Site Officers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Lead and support Site Officers and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Previous experience leading site teams is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes.
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
