Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (Audit Firm)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Lead Finance Business Partners across business clusters.
• Develop and maintain product costing and cost allocation models.
• Support project bidding, pricing, profitability, and work-in-progress analysis.
• Evaluate capital investment proposals using financial models (NPV, IRR, Payback).
• Develop FP&A standards, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and business intelligence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team.
Authority
• Own the Group planning calendar, budgeting process, forecasting methodology, and analytical standards.
• Recommend pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
• Escalate significant investment proposals to the CFO.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 8–10 years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience or Accounting firm.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Financial planning and forecasting expertise.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Commercial acumen and business partnering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel, ERP, and Power BI/reporting systems.
• Leadership and stakeholder management.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.
