Shipping Agent

- Coordinate all vessel port call activities from pre-arrival to departure.
- Liaise with vessel masters, ship owners, charterers, port authorities, terminals, and relevant government agencies.
- Arrange pilotage, tugboat services, berthing, mooring, and other port-related services.
- Monitor vessel schedules and provide timely updates to principals and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact between principals, vessels, and local authorities.
- Provide operational updates and reports to ship owners and management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain strong working relationships with port agency and service providers.
- Monitor port-related expenses and ensure accurate cost control.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate services from vendors and contractors.
- Verify supplier invoices and support disbursement account preparation.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
