JOB TITLE: FLEET MANAGER (WAREHOUSE)
REPORT TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: ST TRUNG MOIN, STEUNG MEAN CHEY, PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
Job Summary:
A fleet manager is responsible for helping an organization keep its vehicles, drivers, assets, and field operations running safely, efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. To Manage GPS reports and for daily, weekly, monthly and annual transportation vehicles.
2. To Manage daily toll road expenses reports
3. To Manage monthly traffic accident reports on driver expenses when accidents occur/make records and solve traffic accident problems.
4. To Manage the workshop work, repair vehicles and check vehicle repairs
5. To Manage and solve daily transportation problems
6. To Manage all 8-ton trucks (flatbed trucks) and make daily, weekly and monthly transportation reports
7. To Manage vehicle problems and make a request letter to purchase vehicle parts for repair and replacement
8. To Manage daily refuelling of vehicles + activities to check refuelling reports
9. Reporting by daily and monthly to WH Director and management
10. When a driver is involved in a car accident, find a solution and report directly to management.
11. Other tasks are assigned by the warehouse director and management

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a similar field.
2. Proven working experience as a Logistics / Import Manager at least 5 years
3. Experience in import/export operations and customs clearance (Steel manufacturing)
4. Knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office
6. Proficiency in English language both speaking and writing
7. Good interaction and organization skills
8. Record of successful distribution and logistics management
9. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staffs
10. Proficient in standard logistics software
11. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
12.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
