IT Service Officer
TARGET :
1- Maintain all IT-related systems and data for company.
2- Ensure that data and IT-supporting tools is safe, secure and well orientation to employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Maintain server system and its configuration to ensure all clients’ PCs work properly.
2. Ensure supporting devices are in function including: phone, internet, wireless router, ethernet cable, PC, backup HDD, printers, etc.
3. Create and maintain e-mail data for users and update all new and resigned users.
4. Create and monitor permission on users’ access to files servers of Eco Parts.
5. Reporting to management on important needs, maintaining activities and the system breakdown.
6. Ensure data backup are stored properly as schedule and able to recover.
7. Ensure on security from malware and hackers to company server or domain.
8. Monthly maintenance schedule to all devices of company.
9. Keep record status of devices and monitor on license schedule.
10. Other related tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor degree in IT management, Administration or equivalent
- System management, PC setup, networking
- General administration, communication,
- Understanding of IT policies of business.
- At least 3 years in related position, IT management/equivalent fields
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill with internal team.
- Familiar system administration.
- Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
- Honest and hard working.
