Freight Fowarder Customer Service and Operation Specialist

Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented freight Customer Service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in freight forwarding and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating and handling airfreight and oceanfreight shipments from end to end, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams.

This role is a fixed-term contract (3 to 6 months) to provide support during our peak business period.

Key Responsibilities :
+Operational Execution & Data Integrity:
-Execute the end-to-end monitoring process for assigned non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean).
-Ensure all shipment data is entered into the Cargowise system accurately and in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
-Proactively track and trace shipments, identifying potential delays and escalating issues to the supervisor as needed.
+Customer & Stakeholder Support:
-Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
-Support the performance management of our overseas agents by ensuring they have the necessary data and updates to meet service level agreements.
-Collaborate closely with internal Air Operations, Ocean Operations, and Key Account teams by providing essential operational support and information.
+Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement:
-Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to maintain consistency and quality.
-Identify and suggest opportunities for improving workflow efficiencies, particularly in Cargowise data entry and shipment monitoring processes.
-Participate in continuous improvement projects led by the Operations Supervisor, contributing ideas and supporting implementation.
