Engineer Structure $450-$550
• Prepare and review structural designs for residential buildings, villas, townhouses, apartments, and other development structures.
• Perform structural calculations and analysis for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, roofs, and other structural elements.
• Review structural drawings and ensure designs are practical and suitable for construction.
• Assist in developing structural design solutions that meet safety, quality, cost, and construction requirements.
• Prepare, check, and revise structural drawings, details, and construction documents.
• Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules, reinforcement details, and structural method statements.
• Identify design conflicts and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that structural works are
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural components.
• Identify structural defects, non-conformities, and construction risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve structural issues.
• Monitor concrete testing, including slump tests and compressive strength tests.
• Review material test reports and relevant quality-control documents.
• Ensure construction materials comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and project managers.
• Assist with project planning, progress monitoring, and technical reporting.
• Support the project team in maintaining high standards of construction safety and structural integrity.
• Report potential structural risks and safety concerns to management.

• Experience with AutoCAD is required.
