Production Manager (RMAA, Krakor, Pursat Province)

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management
- Manage and monitor production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.
- Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
- Implement engineering changes, production trials, and new model launches.
- Monitor KPLs and drive continuous operational improvement.
2. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Health, safety, Environmental, and quality Management Systems.
- Investigate and resolve production non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Maintain safe working practices and standard operating procedure.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
3. People Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
- Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and training programs,
- Manage attendance, discipline, and manpower planning.
- Promote a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, FMEA, SPC, and other improvement initiatives.
- Reduce waste, downtime, scrap, and rework.
- Enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
5. Financial Management
- Prepare and control production budgets.
- Support waste minimization and achievement of financial objectives.
- Monitor production costs and improve cost efficiency.
