FLEET EXECUTIVE

• Manage all delivery activities within the assigned zone.
• Monitor rider attendance and punctuality.
• Assign pickup and delivery orders to riders.
• Ensure orders are assigned efficiently.
• Balance workloads among riders.
• Monitor real-time delivery progress.
• Resolve operational issues immediately.
• Support riders during peak delivery periods.
• Ensure successful first-attempt delivery whenever possible.
• Monitor rider KPIs, Coach and train riders.
• Receive bookings from customers by system or telegram group
• Create bookings in the system
• Assign Riders to pick up goods in the system
• Assign Riders to drops in the system
• Track riders till finish tasks
• Coordinate transfer riders
• Finish orders in the system
• Take notes in the system
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Resolve delivery issues.
• Follow up Service Fee and COD collection with riders
• Monitor delivery progress.
• Ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) achievement.
• Escalate major issues.
• Submit daily performance reports.
• Maintain operational records.
