Procurement Senior Supervisor
• Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities for the Company's food manufacturing operations.
• Source and purchase food-grade raw materials and ingredients for noodle and seasoning production.
• Manage procurement of ingredients such as flour, starch, spices, seasoning ingredients, additives, cooking oil, and other food materials.
• Source and purchase food-grade packaging materials, including packaging film, sachets, pouches, labels, cartons, and printing materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQ, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and prepare price comparison reports.
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Accounting, and Operations to ensure materials are available on time.
• Monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, pricing, and reliability.
• Review supplier documents such as COA, product specifications, food-grade certificates, MSDS/SDS, country of origin, and other relevant documents.
• Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and audit activities.
• Coordinate imported materials and international suppliers when required.
• Monitor Purchase Orders and supplier delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Company policies and approval procedures.
• Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply-chain risks.
• Prepare regular procurement and supplier performance reports for management.
• Perform other procurement duties assigned by management.

职位要求
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Strong experience in food manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or related food industries is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience purchasing food ingredients, raw materials, and food packaging materials.
• Experience with noodle, seasoning, spice, sauce, snack, or similar food production is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food-grade raw materials and product specifications.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety requirements, COA, and supplier quality documentation is an advantage.
• Strong supplier sourcing and price negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and supply-chain management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
Chinese Language – Priority
Chinese language proficiency is a priority for this position.
