Sales Supervisor
<b>About the Role</b>
Eurofins is looking for Sales Supervisor to support the growth of our business in Cambodia.
The role will focus on developing new customers, strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Eurofins’ testing, inspection, certification, sustainability, and related services.
We welcome candidates from the TIC industry as well as strong customer networks and business development experience.
<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Cambodia.
• Develop business across industries including textile, footwear, toys, furniture, chemicals, food, consumer products, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors.
• Promote Eurofins testing, inspection, certification, sustainability and other related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, vendors, brands, buying offices, associations and other key stakeholders.
• Develop new customer pipelines and convert opportunities into actual revenue
• Coordinate closely with laboratory, technical, customer service and regional Sales teams to provide effective customer support.
• Support seminars, webinars, exhibitions and other marketing activities when required.

职位要求
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management
• Experience in TIC, textile, footwear, consumer products, manufacturing, chemicals/materials, sourcing, industrial services
• Chinese/Mandarin language capability is a strong advantage.
