Product Strategy Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Strategy Officer to join our Operation/Production team in Phnom Penh. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business goals and product execution.

*Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, and production teams to develop and refine product strategies.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in product strategy, business analysis, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
