SITE SUPERVISOR
• In charge of day-to-day management of operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the requirements.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site activities.
• Check the quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Designer, client, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and handover documents.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a site engineer related to interior work and willing to work overtime.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Able to read and understand technical and construction drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills; strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
• Strong planning, problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-department coordination skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
