Sales Manager
> Drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets
> Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team

> Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
> Review team KPIs and implement improvement plans if targets are not met
> Plan and execute monthly sales promotions or campaigns
> Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and budget
> Set yearly sales targets and performance objectives for the sales team
> Evaluate sales team performance and support appraisal processes.
> Expand sales channels, key accounts, and market coverage
> Contribute to tong-term business growth planning

• At least 6 years’ experience as a person in charge of Sales or Marketing in the Construction industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Sales manager or Marketing Manager in the Construction Company. (Belonging to main contractor is best, however belonging to subcontractor is also applicable.)
• Some relevant majors include business administration, marketing, construction science, and technical sales management.
• Good Communication with clients.
• Good at marketing concept/creative and initiative.
• Good at negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
• Knowledge of MS. Office
• Foreigners preferred
