MEP Technician
• Routine inspection of all M&E systems — electrical, plumbing & mechanical.
• Respond immediately to breakdown calls and equipment failures.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per scheduled maintenance plan.
• Cover both Food Court and Sport Centre during assigned shift.
• Update maintenance log and report all issues to MEP Supervisor.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialist or major works.
• Ensure all technical systems comply with safety regulations at all times.
• Review existing service and maintenance arrangements or contracts for the Food Court and Sport Centre.
• Keep common areas and sports facilities in good repair, arranging replacement of parts and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with existing KF staff based at HP Towers on shared M&E systems and infrastructure.
• Support emergency evacuation and fire safety arrangements for the common areas.
• Maintain proper stock and storage of parts, consumables, and tools required for maintenance.

• Technical/vocational certificate in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in MEP maintenance, building services, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Able to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic communication skills in English and Khmer.
Working Hours and Shifts:
• Operating window: 24/7, Mon–Sun, across 3 rotating shifts.
• Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
