Executive Assistant to the Director (Female)
Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant to the Director provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and cross-departmental coordination support to the Director. This role manages executive scheduling, documentation, and task tracking to ensure smooth daily operations and the timely execution of key business priorities.
* Main Responsibilities and Job Duties:
1. Executive Coordination & Operational Tracking
- Monitor key operational deliverables, follow up directly with Department Heads, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of tasks.
- Serve as a dependable bridge between the Director and internal management to align daily operations with executive priorities.
- Support the execution of key corporate initiatives, executive events, and company-wide policy rollouts.
2. Communication, Reporting & Data Handling
- Consolidate operational metrics to draft concise business reports, executive summaries, and polished presentation decks.
- Draft, review, and translate (Khmer ↔ English) official correspondence, contracts, and internal announcements with flawless accuracy.
- Maintain an organized, highly secure filing system for executive documentation, corporate records, and confidential agreements.
3. Stakeholder Relations & Access Management
- Represent the Director’s office as the professional first point of contact for internal staff, external partners, regulatory contacts, and key visitors.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications, emails, and requests to maximize the Director’s focus and daily efficiency.
4. Master Calendar & Travel Optimization
- Proactively manage the Director's master schedule, prioritizing high-value business engagements and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Oversee comprehensive travel management, including flight arrangements, detailed itineraries, accommodations, visas, and pre-trip briefing packs.
5. Meeting Management & Action Tracking
- Coordinate logistics, structure agendas, and assemble necessary background briefs prior to executive sessions.
- Record precise meeting minutes, document decision logs, distribute action items to stakeholders, and drive post-meeting follow-through.
6. Personal Logistics & Errand Management
- Provide high-level support for personal tasks to minimize executive downtime.
- Handle ad-hoc personal errands with the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or Senior Project Support in a corporate setting.
- Languages: Advanced Business English and professional Khmer (strong written and verbal skills).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital workspace tools (Zoom, Telegram, project tracking apps).
- Strategic Acumen: Understands business priorities and proactively anticipates executive needs.
- Integrity & Discretion: Strictly maintains confidentiality regarding corporate and financial data.
- Problem-Solving Agility: Solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Diplomacy & EQ: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous oversight of schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
