Job Description
• Monitor and regularly review the Ministry of Public Works and Transport’s mobile traffic/transportation requirements and information to ensure that the mobilization of heavy equipment and vehicles to project sites or other locations is carried out legally and efficiently.
• Develop manpower and heavy equipment allocation plans for project sites, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on employee status and operations at project sites and factories.
• Prepare and regularly update the location and deployment status reports of all heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure accurate information and facilitate effective management.
• Monitor and verify the actual locations of heavy equipment and other operational vehicles to control utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor heavy equipment utilization, operational records, working hours, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities to ensure efficient, transparent, and accountable use of resources.
• Coordinate with project sites, factories, and relevant departments to arrange, transfer, or allocate heavy equipment according to operational requirements and ensure timely support for project activities.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation related to the mobilization of heavy equipment, including movement permits, authorization letters, and other supporting documents required for movement to and from project sites or other locations.
• Coordinate and manage operational documentation at factories, including fuel request forms, heavy equipment movement permits, and other relevant documents to ensure orderly and well-organized operations.
• Coordinate and resolve issues involving damaged or technically malfunctioning heavy equipment, vehicles, and other operational equipment at factories and project sites to minimize work disruptions and downtime.
• Develop plans and monitor regular maintenance schedules for all heavy equipment and vehicles to prevent major breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the work behavior, discipline, and operational standards of heavy equipment operators and drivers to ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, work availability, health status, and work capacity of drivers and heavy equipment operators to ensure their readiness to perform assigned duties.
• Organize and coordinate training programs for drivers and heavy equipment operators covering risk management, workplace safety, proper equipment operation, and compliance with company procedures.
• Analyze and monitor fuel consumption and other operational expenses to reduce unnecessary costs and improve resource utilization efficiency.
• Manage and regularly update vehicle and heavy equipment documentation, including driving licenses, vehicle identification documents, road tax certificates, registration documents, and other legal documents to ensure validity and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Review and verify heavy equipment and vehicle operation logbooks on a daily basis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Prepare summary reports on heavy equipment utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption, and other operational issues for management to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
