Supply Chain Manager
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Project teams to support business requirements.
- Oversee import/export, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent procurement and supplier negotiation abilities.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
