Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Open for Expat)
Strategic Right-Hand to the Owner
•Trusted advisor. Serve as the Owner's primary thought partner on strategic, commercial, and organizational matters across all group entities.
•Decision support. Prepare briefings, position papers, board-style decks, and scenario analyses to support the Owner's decision-making.
•Representation. Represent the Owner in selected internal and external meetings, conveying decisions accurately and following through on action items.

•Gatekeeping. Manage the Owner's executive agenda — prioritizing commitments, anticipating issues, and ensuring the Owner's time is allocated to highest-value activities.

Operations Oversight (Multi-Entity, Multi-Department)
•Cross-functional coordination. Coordinate across HR, Admin, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and other functions to ensure execution against group priorities.
•Performance monitoring. Monitor operational KPIs across NPHC, Simplex, LGI, Ashley, Staron, Neak Poan Home Centre and other affiliated entities; identify underperformance and intervene where appropriate.
•Process improvement. Lead or sponsor cross-entity process improvement initiatives — including digitization, standardization of policies, and shared services.
•Governance. Chair or coordinate management meetings; track decisions, owners, and deadlines; hold managers accountable for follow-through.
•Issue resolution. Step in to resolve escalations that cross departmental or entity boundaries, or that require the Owner's authority.
Business Development & Growth
•Opportunity development. Identify, evaluate, and develop new revenue opportunities — including new product lines, new markets, partnerships, and channel expansion.
•Market intelligence. Lead market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
•Partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, channel partners, customers, and government or industry stakeholders.
•Business cases. Prepare business cases — including financial models, go-to-market plans, and risk assessments — for the Owner's review and approval.
•Execution. Oversee execution of approved growth initiatives, including new entity setup, new branch openings, or new product launches.
Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Mandates
•Confidential mandates. Take ownership of confidential or sensitive projects assigned directly by the Owner.
•M&A support. Lead due diligence and integration work for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.
•Change management. Drive change management and organizational restructuring efforts when required.

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification strongly preferred.
•8–12 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management, chief-of-staff, strategy, or general management role.
•Demonstrated experience working closely with company owners, CEOs, or board-level executives.
•Experience in a multi-entity, family-owned, or diversified business group is highly preferred.
•Industry experience in trading, distribution, retail, building materials, real estate, or FMCG is an advantage.
Technical Skills
•Strong financial literacy — able to read financial statements, build business cases, and interpret commercial KPIs.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern business tools (Power BI, Google Workspace, project management platforms).
•Comfortable with data analysis, dashboards, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
•Working knowledge of Cambodian commercial law, taxation, and business compliance frameworks.
•Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
•Native or working proficiency in Khmer is essential.
•Working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
