IE Supervisor
1. Responsible for the analysis, design, and optimization of production processes to improve overall production efficiency;
2. Develop standard work hours, capacity planning, and production line balancing plans;
3. Lead lean production and continuous improvement projects to reduce production costs and waste;
4. Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other departments to solve on-site operational issues;
5. Train and guide IE team members to enhance team professional capabilities;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
语言要求：Chinese-Mandarin (Good); English (Good)

1. Over 3 years of IE-related work experience, including at least 1 year of management experience;
2. Familiar with the seven IE tools, lean production, time measurement, and line balancing;
3. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication and coordination skills;
4. Proficient in Office, AutoCAD, and other office and drawing software;
5. Experience in on-site improvement in manufacturing is preferred.
