Clothing QC/QA Supervisor
1. Responsible for quality control and quality assurance throughout the clothing production process, ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards.
2. Arrange sampling and full inspection of semi-finished and finished products during production, and promptly identify and handle quality issues.
3. Follow up on the handling process for nonconforming products, analyze causes, and drive rectification to prevent recurrence.
4. Communicate and coordinate with production, procurement, business, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented in all stages.
5. Manage the QC/QA team, arrange daily work, train, and improve the professional abilities of team members.
6. Organize and submit quality reports, and regularly report on quality status and improvement suggestions.

职位要求
1. College degree or above, preferably in clothing, textiles, or quality management related majors.
2. More than 3 years of experience in QC/QA in the clothing industry, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
3. Familiar with clothing production processes, characteristics of fabrics and accessories, and judgment standards for common quality issues.
4. Master AQL sampling standards and related quality tools, with strong on-site problem-solving ability.
5. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong principles, and good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
6. Able to adapt to the production workshop environment, and cooperate with overtime or business trips when necessary.
