I. JOB PURPOSE
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Home-Fix Retail Store, ensuring smooth store operations, excellent customer service, proper product presentation, store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
The position supports the Branch Manager / Branch Assistant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets while maintaining a professional, safe, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Operations Management
• Supervise daily opening and closing operations of the retail store.
• Ensure the store operates according to approved company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and work performance.

2. Customer Service
• Ensure customers receive professional, friendly, and timely service.
• Monitor customer flow and ensure customers are properly assisted when required.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and escalate serious cases to the Branch Manager.

3. Sales & Commercial Support
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify gaps against targets.
• Encourage the retail team to actively support sales and customer conversion.

4. Product Display & Visual Merchandising
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, labeled, and easy for customers to find.
• Maintain product facing, fronting, and shelf presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure promotional displays, POSM, price tags, and product information are correctly installed.

5. Inventory & Stock Control
• Coordinate with the relevant inventory/warehouse team regarding stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock products.
• Support regular stock counting and stock verification activities.

• Support proper control of customer transactions and payment processes.
• Ensure sales documents, receipts, and related records are properly maintained.

*Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant retail experience may also be considered.
*Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in retail store operations, branch operations, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in Home Improvement, Construction Materials, Hardware, Paint, Furniture, or Consumer Retail is an advantage.
