Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and management of late customers
o Use data to track customers with late repayment, and work with Collections team to
recommend action plans to reduce late repayment
o Monitor late penalty fees collected by Collection teams, and highlighting cases in which
penalty fees are not collected
o Recommend actions to ensure on-time payment for all customers
• Management of repossessed units
o Work with Mango Finance’s Collections team to receive and manage repossessed vehicles
o Ensure vehicles are repaired and fixed as quickly as possible by Warehouse team, for sale
to second-hand vehicle dealers
o Arranging weekly bidding of repossessed vehicles with second-hand vehicle dealers for
best possible price
• Management of GPS inventory
o Work with Finance and Collections team to track and manage movement of GPS inventory
o Conduct spot checks at showrooms and dealers to ensure inventory is correctly recorded
• Any other tasks assigned by Management
