Property Management Manager: 01 Post

1. Department Leadership
- Lead and manage the Property Management team, including Civil Design & Architecture, Construction Management, Operations, and Maintenance.
- Develop departmental plans, objectives, budgets, and performance standards.
2. Property Development & Construction
- Oversee the planning, design, construction, renovation, and handover of property projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
3. Property Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and functionality of all company properties and facilities.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset performance and reliability.
4. Asset & Budget Management
- Manage property assets throughout their lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades, replacement planning, and capital investment.
- Prepare and control operating and capital expenditure budgets.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate property-related operational and financial risks.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and user satisfaction across the property portfolio.
