Mechanical Supervisor (Maintenance)

- Implement of safety procedure during daily activities.
- Planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance.
- Leading, planning and monitoring continuous improvements.
- Controlling the cost for maintenance execution and modification.
- Perform routine coaching and develop subordinates to improve their performances and to enhance their skills and professional knowledge.
- Perform production equipment are in the good condition to run smooth process & production.
- Analyses the breakdown in daily base.
- Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a Beverage equipment & instrumentations.
- Troubleshoots all machines and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation.
- Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all machines and control systems. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.
- Reads and interprets wiring diagrams drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work.
- Implement Procedure, SOP & WI.
- Create reports on activities during shift / BD / repair / Overhaul.
- Analyzing the report and give recommendation to superior for necessary actions for improvement.
- Actively involved as member / leader in Team, 5S, CILT, Single even, Machine board.
- Cleaning of working area and tools or supporting material.
- Additional duties as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
- Leader troubleshooting problems for all equipment.
- Be available at any days & time to help solving BD & Overhauls.
- Able to work under stress & pressure conditions during BD & Overhaul.
- Equipment improvement project.
- Prepare and update documentation related to ISO standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely environmental reports to regulatory agencies.
- Maintain records of environmental performance metrics.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to raise awareness of environmental issues and promote sustainable practices.
- Other tasks assign by Manager.
