Senior ( IT )
- Install and troubleshoot computers, printers, and scanners.
- Manage Access Control, Card Readers, and electronic door locks.
- Maintain Property Management system.
- Maintain parking barrier and access systems.
- Provide daily IT support to management and staff.
- Troubleshoot IT and building technology issues.
- Coordinate with external IT/service providers when required.
- Maintain IT equipment records and perform regular system checks.
- Manage and maintain website.

- Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills; English is an advantage.
