Medical Representative ( Phnom Penh and Kompong Cham )
• Planning, controlling and supervising the medical representatives;
• Meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in the market;
• Plan and survey competitor activities at hospitals, clinics, with doctors and pharmacies and discuss the findings with the management to define future actions;
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message;
• Study and analyze Medical Representatives’ reports and discuss their visits and work progress on daily basis;
• Arrange training with Marketing team for Medical Representatives if it is required.
• Controlling staff presence at work;
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Achieve sales target on a monthly and/or quarterly basis;
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Arrange teambuilding events to keep team motivated;

• At least 1 years proven experience in as a medical representative supervisor in an healthcare sector.
• Ability to supervise a team of medical sales representatives.
• Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistics and data analysis methods.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal and people management.
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills;
• Ability to supervise a team of medical sales representatives.
• Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry.
