Senior Site Engineer
1. Assist in preparing the process of project of projects such as those encompassing and large buildings.
2. Assist in designing construction project.
3. Assist Senior Site Engineer in preparing budget and cost estimation for all phases of a construction project and develop a complete budget for each project.
4. Manage construction since the beginning by reviewing safety issues, conduct land Surveys and manage team of Surveyors, engineering technicians and construction workers.
5. Manage and inspect the completed project to ensure that all coders have been met, safety issues addressed or resolved and the job has met all specifications
6. Assess completed projects by evaluating the structure to ensure that it meets all federal and local codes and specifications
7. Prepare detail schedule for the whole process of the construction
8. Regularly check and Monitor on each stage of the productivity
9. Provide orientation on the project requirement and detail project specification all team members.
10. Sharing, supporting and helping each other is the duty of employees to perform the tasks within and cross division in order to achieve the company targets
11. Perform another task as assigned by his supervisor

职位要求
• Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
• 1- or 2-years’ experiences in that filed
• Exceptional ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines
• Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers
• Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
• Decision-making ability
• Ability to motivate others
• Good communication in English.
• Good in computer skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, …)
• Good in maintaining of quality control procedures
• Good in selecting of tools and materials.
• Good communication skills
• Good in leadership skill
• Hard working and team work
• Flexibilities & adaptabilities person
• Good problem solving.
