Research and Development Officer
•Define software architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
•Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple software development projects.
•Act as the main interface between business units and IT development team.
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
•Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
•Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and high performing.
•Review technical designs, source code, and system architecture.
•Monitor software quality and reduce technical debt.
•Monitor project progress and resolve technical or delivery issues.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
•Minimum 2 years in a software development leadership or management role.
•Proven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile applications.
•Experience managing cross-functional software development teams.
•Language code: Javascript, typescript, node js, nest js, Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Event Driven Architecture, Kafka, ActiveMQ, amazon SQS, Redis.
•Minimum 2 years in a software development leadership or management role.
