Digital Marketing (Content Creator)
Job Summary
Responsible for creating engaging digital content and supporting online marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across Setra Group’s digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
- Develop and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and implement monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Take photos/videos of products, promotions, branches, and company activities.
- Edit videos and images using relevant design and editing tools.
- Monitor social media engagement, trends, and customer feedback.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports on content performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments for content requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related positions.
- Creative, energetic, and up-to-date with social media trends.
- Good skills in video editing, photography, graphic design, and content writing.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Khmer; English is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related positions.
