• Daily posting invoice in system
• Daily cut stock from NAV
• Maintain all unit payment from customer
• Support document has been filling for Audit
• To update customer and AR information
• Filling document for purpose audit
• Support AR daily operation of the accounting function smoothly
• Accuracy data entry and timely basic
• Support Agency for Stock and Customer status
• Support Property Mtg team for Property handover
• Support Legal team for title handover
• Support Customer Service team for Unit change
• Support AP team for Commission
• Support Treasury team for Bank Reconcile
• Support Credit Collection Team for late
• Accounting system knowledge
• Sharing, supporting and helping each other is the duty of employees to perform the tasks within and cross division in order to achieve the company targets.
• Other tasks assign by line-manager

职位要求
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required
• At least 2 years or more of work experience in accounting field
• Experience in assist closing monthly financial reports
• Good excel skills
• NAV / Microsoft D365 System is optional
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge how to reconcile report
• Must know how to use QB, ERP is a plus
• Good communication and friendly
• Positive attitude and critical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Motivating and coordination other
• Knowledge of Leadership Skill
• Detailed oriented and proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and support accounting team
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
• Independently follow up on pending issues, take initiative and solve problems
• Honest and responsive
• Team player, fast learner and willing to learn
• Well communicate with external and internal
• Accepts advise and change for self-improvement
