Senior Finishing Engineer
1. Assist to manage and push up progress of construction work
2. Monitor the construction schedules
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to the supervisor and Site manager
4. Request, inspect and control construction materials
5. Solve any problems occurring in the construction and technical aspects of the work
6. To do site inspection on worker and sub-contractor to ensure they follow the planned or site standard
7. Handle on site safety checked and request survey team as needed
8. Make sure the site location has been clean and keep the material or equipment safe
9. Sharing, supporting and helping each other is the duty of employees to perform the tasks within and cross division in order to achieve the company targets.
10. Other task assigned by line manager

• Graduated in major of Civil Engineering.
• 2 years of work experience in similar position
• Be able to manage workers at the assign site
• Good in problem solving and leadership
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality
• Decision-making ability
• Ability to motivate others
• Good in computer skill (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, …) or Ms. Project (Optional)
• Be able to understand construction drawing.
• Good communication skills
• Good in leadership skill
• Hard working and team work
• Flexibilities & adaptabilities person
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, and be able to work under the pressure
• Good problem solving.
