Facilities and Maintenance Unit Manager (RMAAC, Krakor, Pursat Province)
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work to maximize equipment availability and minimize production interruptions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as Equipment Availability, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, and maintenance costs.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions using RCA, 5 Why, and other problem-solving tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, automation, and robotics systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement planning.
- Lead installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrades of production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations, including LOTO and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to support uninterrupted operations.
