职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- Extensive experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- 4–6 years in cosmetics sales FMCG and at least 2 years as a manager
- Sound good knowledge of beauty trends and Cambodian market dynamics is essential.
- Sales planning and negotiation
- Coaching and market analysis
- Channel management and reporting
