• Supervision: Coordinate daily tasks, assign duties, and monitor attendance for workers and subcontractors.
• Safety Enforcement: Lead safety meetings, enforce proper gear usage, and spot site hazards.
• Plan Execution: Read drawing and translate to project designs into daily field actions like measurements, materials. To guide builders, subcontractors to follow design, quality, safety and correctly.
• Resource Management: Track tools, machinery use, and material deliveries.
• Progress Reporting: Update managers on daily progress, delays, and labor
