- Good working knowledge in English and Fluent in Khmer language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Exceptional to Technician)
- Have not failed in any subject from the last semester/year
- Capable of building a good relationship with Toyota (Cambodia)'s employees
- In Possession of integrity and morality
- Concern about safety, health, and environment as their priority
- Ability to keep Toyota (Cambodia)'s confidential information
- Ability to follow 5S Standard
