Quality Operation Specialist
1. Based on the DSTE process, support strategic planning and strategy breakdown, take charge of efficient strategy execution and effective implementation, and facilitate the achievement of SP/BP.
2. Be responsible for the KPIs of the rep office, regularly monitor and ensure the achievement of KPI targets.
3. Manage key tasks of the department, support the planning, initiation, execution, closure of key tasks, ensure the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of key tasks.
4. Based on the operation mechanism of the rep office, take charge of the operation system operation, continuously improve the operation efficiency by planning, executing, managing, optimizing the operation performance based on customer values and business strategies.

职位要求
• Bachelor degree or above in related field
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• Be familiar with the DSTE process/LTC/SD management system, and corporate governance structure.
• Be familiar with the methodologies for strategy-to-execution, such as strategy breakdown, key work management, top N management, and KPI management.
• Operation experience and Knowledge of project delivery is preferred.
• Have Strong organization, communication, coordination, promotion capabilities and good cross-department coordination capabilities.
• Practical experience in sales business management and digital platform is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
