Senior Officer, Interior Design
1. Lead Concept and 3D Design Direction Develop high-level creative concepts and lead the 3D design process to reflect project goals and client vision.
2. Review and Guide Team Output Check and provide feedback on 3D visuals from designers to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Coordinate with Clients and Teams Present 3D designs to clients, gather feedback, and coordinate with VM, site teams, and internal departments.
4. Support Site and Material Alignment Visit sites to ensure spatial accuracy, design feasibility, and coordination of materials used in 3D presentation.
5. Mentor Designers and Maintain Standards Guide junior team members and ensure 3D design meets company standards and creative direction.
6. Other Tasks as Assigned Carry out any additional responsibilities or assignments given by Design Supervisors or Management.

2. Minimum 3 years of professional Interior Design experience.
3. Knowledge of construction details, materials, materials, and furniture system.
4. Proficient in Interior design software such as, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, …etc.
